THOUSANDS OF “PASSIONS” PROPS AND MEMORABILIA AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC IN 2-DAY STUDIO LOT SALE Universal Media Studios And Premiere Props Partner To Host Sale At CBS Radford Lot on April 5th & April 6th 1 UNIVERSAL CITY, CA -- March 31, 2008 – NBC Universal Television DVD, Music and Consumer Products Group in partnership with Premiere Props, are holding a two-day public estate sale of several thousands items from the daytime drama "Passions.” A wide variety of set decorations, clothing, furniture, glassware and household items from Universal Media Studios' daytime series "Passions," which will end its 9-year run this August on DIRECTV’s original entertainment channel, The 101, will be made available to the public. The sale is taking place at the CBS Radford studio lot in Studio City, CA on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST. This marks the first collaboration between Universal Media Studios and Premiere Props. A portion of the proceeds from the estate sale will benefit the Entertainment Industry Foundation, one of the leading charitable organizations of the entertainment industry, harnessing the collective power of the entrainment industry to raise awareness and funds for critical health, educational and social issues to make a positive impact in local communities and throughout the nation. 1 Recently departed AS THE WORLD TURNS actress Lauretta Vaughn is everywhere lately. Wednesday she attended the 13th Annual Gen Art Film Festival opening night Afterparty at The Park in New York City. Meanwhile, former A WORLD APART star Susan Sarandon attended The Cinema Society and IWC After Party of "My Blueberry Nights" at the Soho Grand Penthouse also in New York City.

Julie Pinson Update

In addition to a first airdate of May 8th, I can now confirm Julie Pinson's new character on AS THE WORLD TURNS, Janet Ciccone, is the ex-girlfriend of Brad Snyder. This should be interesting as I always thought Pinson and Peck had chemistry in scenes together on DAYS OF OUR LIVES, even though she was playing his sister. It was sort of the like the chemistry between Jon Hensley and Marie Wilson who play brother and sister on ATWT.
