FLASHBACK: SANTA BARBARA 1987

While we're waiting for A Martinez's debut on ONE LIFE TO LIVE, relive some of his classic moments on SANTA BARBARA as Cruz is arrest in 1987 after the death of Elena.

Soap Stars Out and About

1ONE LIFE TO LIVE stars BethAnn Bonner (Talia) and Jason Tam (Markko) participated in the "Spare Some Change: NYC Artists for Barack Obama" concert on Monday night to benefit Senator Barack Obama's presidential campaign. The evening also included an original song penned by Henry Krieger and Bill Russell performed by Michael Leon Wooley. January LaVoy (Noelle) also participated in the event.1DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES star Joy Lauren (Danielle), music recording artist Aaron Carter and actor Adrian R'Mante (front row) visited the theme park as part of the Hollywood Knights Norway Tour at the Mall of America on Tuesday in Minneapolis. Joy Lauren will return to DH this fall, but we'll be seeing a different version of Danielle. She'll be married to a good man, and full-time mother to 5-year-old Ben. Word is Danielle filed for custody of the kid once she got her life together, which has created a brutal rift between her and Bree.1Billy Magnussen (Casey, AS THE WORLD TURNS) was skateboarding outside Players Theatre, where his new play, "Paper Dolls," opened Wednesday night. The play, which is part of the NYC Fringe Festival, also stars Ashley Morris, Jen Jamula and Allison Goldberg. The hunky Magnussen, often shirtless in his ATWT scenes, also gets shirtless during the play.

Irizarry Back On ALL MY CHILDREN

1 Soap Opera Digest is reporting: "Vincent Irizarry, who just recently wrapped up his stint as David Chow on Y&R, will return to the role of Dr. David Hayward on AMC later this fall. The doc (ex-lover of Erica and Krystal, father to Babe, and nemesis of a score of Pine Valley-ites) made his AMC debut in 1998 and skipped town in November 2006 when the popular vet was given his walking papers." Prior to AMC, he played Lujack and Nick on GUIDING LIGHT and Scott on SANTA BARBARA. Irizarry has two previous Daytime Emmy nominations and won a Soap Opera Digest Award in 1999 as "Outstanding Villain" for his work on AMC.
