VIDEO: DAYS OF OUR LIVES tackles a real-life drama: autism Actors James Reynolds and Renee Jones of DAYS OF OUR LIVES as well as head writer Dena Higley discussed a groundbreaking autism storyline on the show this morning on THE TODAY SHOW. Alison Sweeney surprises BIGGEST LOSER contestants with pregnancy news "My husband Dave and I are so excited!," said Sweeney. "It just seemed fitting to share the news first with THE BIGGEST LOSER contestants since this season is all about family." Cyndi Lauper Brings Her "True Colors" to Oakdale "Anybody can do the badda-bing badda-boom sex stuff. Luke and Noah have taken a slower, deeper path and, in the end, that'll have a more powerful impact on the audience. But I know what you mean about that awful father! When they told me how terrible he's been to Luke and Noah I wanted a scene with that guy! I wanted to give him a piece of my mind. [Laughs] But they said I’d scare the hell out of him." INTERVIEW: AMC's Bobbie Eakes "The other half of Krystal still truly and deeply loves Adam, she knows she hurt him deeply by sleeping with Tad during their marriage and she knows it devastated him when little Jenny ended up being Tad's daughter. The show has already established that Dixie is and always will be Tad's true love and quite honestly I think that Krystal is Adam's." GLAAD Targets FX Networks' 30 DAYS, and by Default One of Its Own Media watchdog GLAAD is urging community members to reach out to FX Networks against anti-gay comments in an upcoming episode of Morgan Spurlock’s reality drama 30 DAYS. Interestingly, GLAAD urges complaints go to Scott Seomin, FX’s VP of Public Relations—and the former Entertainment Media Director of the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation. Seomin worked with GLAAD through several landmark television moments, including daytime TV’s first front-burner lesbian storyline on the soap ALL MY CHILDREN. AMC Audition Script: Babs & Foster ALL MY CHILDREN is casting an elderlyl couple, Babs and Foster, for upcoming scenes in Vegas. Heather Tom explains dress change at Emmys In the weeks leading up to the Emmys, there was a lot of hype about Heather Tom (Katie, B&B) wearing an original design by last season's PROJECT RUNWAY contestant Jack Mackenroth. Tom sported his teal gown on the red carpet, then changed into a black Nina Ricci number for the awards ceremony telecast in which she also presented. Buzz immediately started circulating that the actress was unhappy with Mackenroth's creation and opted for a backup but Tom insists that couldn't be further from the truth. "Jack's dress is absolutely gorgeous," she explains. "But we were are also being served dinner right after the Emmy ceremony and I didn't want to risk spilling anything on it. Since the dress was being auctioned off for charity, I didn't want to take any chances of devaluing the whole purpose of having Jack create it in the first place." Proceeds from the sale will benefit three charities: amfAR (the American Foundation for AIDS Research), National Association of People with AIDS, and the San Antonio AIDS Foundation.
