SORDID LIVES' Newton-John Honored For Breast Cancer Work
Olivia Newton-John (Bitsy Mae, SORDID LIVES)was honored at Project Angel Food's 15th Annual Angel Awards over the weekend in Hollywood. The actress/singer was presented with the Marianne Williamson Founder's Award for her efforts in educating women on the importance of early detection of breast cancer and in making life easier for those fighting the disease. In October, Olivia will release her new CD, "Olivia Newton-John & Friends: A Celebration in Song," with proceeds from the album sales benefiting her Cancer Centre Appeal. 1 (click to play)
